This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for AbodeMatch. We are committed to transparency and compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your AbodeMatch membership at any time.
In-App Subscriptions: If you subscribed via the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), you must manage your cancellation through your device’s subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Web-Based Payments: If you have an active payment arrangement via our website, cancellations can be requested via our Support Form.
3. Refund Policy
App Store Purchases: All payments made via Apple or Google are processed by those platforms. Abode Platforms Pty Ltd does not have the technical ability to issue refunds for these transactions. To request a refund, please follow the links below:

Web & Stripe Purchases: For any auxiliary services or memberships purchased directly on our website, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind."
Consumer Guarantees: Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or remedy if our services:
· Are not provided with acceptable care and skill;
· Are unfit for the purpose we described; or
· Are not delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Verification Fees
Verification fees (e.g., for Identity or Police Checks) are typically non-refundable once the check has been initiated with our third-party providers, as the cost is incurred immediately to provide the service.
